Processing of Health and Care-Related Personal Data

As part of providing in-home elder care, emergency medical support, nursing care, attendant services, medical coordination, rehabilitation support, and related healthcare services, Porosh Elder Care Pvt. Ltd. may collect and process personal data relating to the health, medical condition, treatment history, medications, mobility status, emergency contacts, and care requirements of service recipients.

Such personal data is collected and processed only for legitimate purposes directly connected with the provision of requested services, including assessment of care needs, preparation of care plans, deployment and supervision of caregivers, coordination with healthcare professionals and medical facilities, emergency response, service quality monitoring, billing, customer support, grievance redressal, and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Porosh Elder Care Pvt. Ltd. processes personal data based on the consent of the Data Principal or a lawfully authorized representative, wherever applicable under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The Company takes reasonable security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse and restricts access to authorized personnel and service providers who require such information for the performance of their duties.

Personal data may be shared with healthcare professionals, hospitals, diagnostic centers, emergency service providers, technology service providers, insurers, or government authorities only to the extent necessary for providing services, responding to emergencies, fulfilling legal obligations, or protecting the vital interests of the service recipient.

Personal data shall be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required under applicable laws. Upon completion of the retention period, the data shall be securely deleted, anonymized, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with the Company's data retention policies.

Data Principals are entitled to exercise their rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including the right to seek information regarding processing of their personal data, request correction or updating of inaccurate data, request erasure of personal data where applicable, withdraw consent, and seek grievance redressal through the designated Grievance Officer of Porosh Elder Care Pvt. Ltd.
